1. Antipasti
​Selection of antipasti.

2. Insalata alla Caprese

Fresh mozzarella with tomato and fresh basil, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.

3. Prosciutto Crudo e Melone
​Honneydew melon with parma ham.​

4. Impepata di Cozze

Mussels steamed in white wine with parsley, garlic and black peper.​

5. Zuppa di Aragosta

Creamy lobster soup served with freshly baked bread.

6. Vitello Tonnato

Thinly sliced veal filet with creamy tuna sauce.

Main course - choose between:

All main courses are served with garnish of the day.

1. Filetto di Manzo “Fiore d'Italia”

Beef tenderloin with porcini and truffle sauce.

2. Agnello alla Griglia

Grilled lamb crown with rosmary sauce and garlic.

3. Tagliata al Pepe Verde

Sliced ribeye steak with cognac and peper sauce.

4. Scaloppine

Veal filet with porcini and truffle sauce.

5. Salmone Grigliato

Grilled salmon filet.

Dessert - choose between:​

1. Gelato Misto

Two scoops of italian icecream topped with chocolate sauce, flaked hazelnut and whipped cream.

2. Tiramisu

Classic Italian tiramisu with mascarpone and ladyfingers soaked in espresso.

3. Panna Cotta
